Who gets paid while producers hold back
Oil producers are earning more than they have in years, but they’re being careful about where the money goes. This week we look at a producer selling drilling sites to concentrate on better ones, a landowner collecting from other people’s wells and an offshore driller still waiting for the boom to reach its accounts.
